No. Cirro uses Claude, Anthropic's assistant, under a business agreement, alongside Zoho's own AI features and Zoho's programmatic interfaces. The tool matters less than the method. The difference between Cirro and a consultant who pastes questions into a chatbot is that our delivery process was designed around AI, with defined review points at every stage rather than ad hoc use.
Most consultants now use AI in some form. A consultant asking a chatbot how to write a Deluge function is using AI, and there is nothing wrong with it. It is also not a differentiator, and it does not change the shape of your project.
A delivery method built around AI is a different thing. It means the steps are defined in advance: where AI is used, what it produces, who reviews the output, and what happens before anything reaches your system. It means requirements are structured and returned to you as a matter of process rather than when someone remembers. It means documentation is a by-product of the work rather than a task at the end.
