Yes, and you will not be asked to justify it. Tell us at any point and we will run your project without AI assistance, or limit it to only the stages you are comfortable with. The same consultants deliver your project either way, and the system you receive is held to the same standard. This is your decision to make and your decision to change.
This is not a single switch. Many clients are comfortable with AI assistance on documentation, requirements drafting and test cases, and prefer it kept away from anything touching their actual records. That middle position is completely normal and easy for us to work to. If you would rather have none of it anywhere, that is equally fine.
Start with no AI assistance and relax it later once you have seen how we work. Or start comfortable and pull it back if your position changes. Neither direction is a problem, and neither requires renegotiating anything. Just tell your Cirro contact.
An internal policy, a client contract, a regulator, a procurement requirement, or simply not being comfortable with it are all sufficient. We will not ask you to explain the decision and we will not try to talk you out of it.
Accountability sits with Cirro regardless. Every AI output is already reviewed and approved by a consultant before it reaches your system, so removing AI assistance removes a drafting step, not a quality control. Your requirements, your testing, your training and your documentation all still happen.
Some drafts take longer to produce, because writing a first version by hand is slower than reviewing one. If the effect on your project is material, we will tell you what it means before you decide, not after. We would rather you make the choice with the trade-off in front of you.
AI-assisted delivery is how we work by default, not a condition of working with us. If it is a concern, raise it on the first call and we will design the engagement around your position rather than asking you to accept ours.
If your concern is specifically about your records, read does AI touch our data during the build? before deciding.
