Will Cirro Sign Our NDA, MSA, or SOW?

Will Cirro sign our NDA, MSA, or SOW?

Yes. Cirro signs NDAs as a matter of course and will work on your MSA or SOW as well as its own. Terms are reviewed case by case rather than accepted or refused wholesale, so send your paper and you will get a considered response rather than a policy statement.

How contracting usually goes

NDAs. Routine, and often signed before detailed discovery so you can talk openly about your process and systems. If you want one in place before the first substantive call, say so.

Your MSA or SOW. Cirro will review and work on client paper. Where a clause does not fit the shape of the engagement, you get a specific comment on that clause and a proposed alternative, rather than a blanket refusal to depart from a standard template.

Cirro's own SOW. Where you do not have a preferred template, Cirro provides one setting out scope, exclusions, assumptions, deliverables, and timeline.

What to raise early

Some requirements are easier to accommodate when they arrive at scoping rather than at signature. Data processing terms, residency requirements, AI use disclosure, insurance certificates, and background check requirements all fall into that category. Raising them late usually delays a start date rather than changing an answer.

What this means for you

You do not have to adopt our paperwork to work with us, and you should not have to negotiate against a template that will not move. Send your documents during scoping and contracting runs in parallel with the proposal rather than after it.
