Your Zoho data is stored by Zoho, in the Zoho data centre for the region your account is provisioned in, not by Cirro. Cirro works inside your Zoho org rather than holding copies of your business data. Separately, contact and relationship information Cirro holds about you is covered by the Cirro privacy policy, and is not transferred outside India by default.
Buyers often merge two things here, and the distinction matters for a compliance review.
Your Zoho data. Zoho operates data centres across several regions, and your account is provisioned in one of them. Which region applies to you depends on where the account was created and, in some cases, on the residency requirement you specify at the point of purchase. Zoho publishes its data centre locations and certifications. If residency is a hard requirement for your business, raise it before licences are purchased, because changing region afterwards is not straightforward.
Data Cirro holds about you. This is contact details, business relationship information, and project correspondence. Under the Cirro privacy policy, personal data is not transferred outside India by default, and cross-border processing happens only with explicit client consent and in line with applicable law.
Cirro does not maintain a standing copy of your business records outside your own Zoho environment. Where a project requires working extracts, such as a migration, that is agreed in writing beforehand and the extracts are disposed of once the work is validated.
If you have a residency obligation, treat it as a licensing decision to settle before purchase rather than an implementation detail. Ask us during scoping and it gets confirmed against Zoho's current regional options.
Raise any residency or compliance requirement at your first call so it shapes the licensing recommendation. Book a call.
