What Does Cirro Not Do? Scope Limits Explained

What does Cirro not do?

Cirro is a Zoho implementation partner, so anything outside implementing, integrating, and supporting Zoho systems falls outside our scope. We do not build primary systems on other platforms, we do not provide staff augmentation, and we do not give accounting, tax, or legal advice even when the project involves Zoho Books or Zoho Contracts.

The specifics

  • Non-Zoho platform builds. If your core system is going to be Salesforce, HubSpot, or something else, we are the wrong firm. We integrate Zoho with tools you already run, but we do not implement competing platforms.
  • Staff augmentation. We take accountability for a defined outcome. We do not place individual developers to work under your management on your backlog.
  • Professional advice in regulated domains. We configure Zoho Books to match how your finance team works and Zoho Contracts to match your contract process. Your accountant, auditor, and lawyer remain responsible for whether the underlying treatment is correct.
  • General IT services. Networks, hardware, endpoint management, and helpdesk for your internal staff are not what we do.
  • Running your process for you. We build the system and hand it over. We do not operate it as an outsourced back office.

The judgement calls

We also decline work where the fit is poor even though we could technically do it. If discovery suggests the real problem is organisational rather than a system problem, or that a much smaller change would solve it, we will say so. Selling you an implementation you do not need is a short-term win and a long-term reference we lose.

What this means for you

You can screen us out quickly. If your requirement sits in one of the categories above, a call is not worth your time and we will tell you so directly rather than trying to reshape your requirement into something we can sell.

Next step

If none of the above applies, book a scoping call.
