It depends on why you are unhappy. If you are paying for capability you do not use, or need finance, support, and operations in one suite, a move to Zoho usually pays back. If your dissatisfaction is really about your own process or data quality, a migration will move the problem rather than solve it, and you will have spent money to arrive at the same place.
Migration is rarely the expensive part. Rebuilding automation and integrations, retraining a team, and the productivity dip in the weeks after cut-over usually cost more. Any honest comparison includes those, not only the difference in licence fees.
Work out what you are actually trying to fix before comparing platforms. If the answer is licence cost or suite fragmentation, Zoho is worth evaluating properly. If the answer is that nobody updates the CRM, changing platform will not change that.
Bring your current setup and your actual complaint to a call. If the honest answer is to stay where you are, you will hear it. Book a call.
